In keeping with our cherished tradition, we aim to provide each child with a brand-new set of clothes, crackers, and a delightful festive breakfast, complete with a sweet treat, all for just Rs. 1500 per child. Despite the challenges posed by rising costs, we remain committed to creating a day filled with color and light for our kids.
Our young ones at Vanavil hail from nomadic tribes, historically among the most economically disadvantaged and marginalized communities in Tamil Nadu. Many of them would otherwise spend Deepavali begging for crackers and sweets. Vanavil has been their haven, their sanctuary, since 2005.
